Domaine Hubert Lignier

Domaine Hubert Lignier was founded in 1880 by Jacques Lignier and has since become one of Burgundy’s most prestigious addresses. After the untimely passing of Romain Lignier in October 2003, the course of the domaine shifted.

Romain’s brother Laurent joined their father, Hubert, ensuring the continued success and future of this exceptional producer. Laurent has been fortunate to learn the craft of winemaking directly from his father, preserving the legacy of this family-run domaine.

The wines of Domaine Hubert Lignier are the epitome of Burgundy’s rich heritage - profound, refined, and undeniably elegant. They are wines of great complexity, structure, and depth, showcasing a natural purity that reflects the terroir in its most ethereal form.

Each bottle is a true expression of Burgundy, embodying the region’s unique character. Among the wines, the Clos de La Roche is a standout - an iconic cuvée revered by Burgundy connoisseurs and a must-try for those in the know.
