Based in the beautiful village of Fuissé, Domaine Thibert is a family owned Domaine with 26 hectares planted to Chardonnay in and around Fuissé. They have farmed organically since 1998, they short‐prune for low yields and combine this with judicious use of oak and minimal filtration to produce a superb array of compelling wines. Stylistically the wines are beautifully rich with flavor yet fine, taut and complex and deliver terrific expression of place. This is a really exciting Estate specialising in Chardonnay.
